Mini Peaches Home Daycare

March 2026

Visit the site
The situation
A daycare teacher with a psychology background opened her own home daycare in 4S Ranch, rooted in intentional care and emotional development. The vision was clear in person — not yet online.
What we did
Through a series of in-depth conversations we mapped her whole operation — routines, meals, naps, safety, indoor and outdoor environments — and translated her philosophy into a brand and website that reads the way a first tour feels. The result wasn't just a site; it was a story families recognize themselves in.

Sharia's Closet

October 2025

Visit the site
The situation
One website had to serve people requesting clothing assistance, donors, volunteers and sponsors at the same time — with the most urgent audience getting the least clear path.
What we did
Partnered with founder Shamine to redesign the site around a clearer content flow and impactful calls to action, so individuals can request help and supporters can donate, volunteer or sponsor. The redesign also improved search visibility and simplified navigation to reflect the organization's mission and community impact.

The situation
A nonprofit lighting the path to knowledge for underprivileged children in India — many of whom were rag picking or working on farms before the school existed.
What we did
Ongoing collaboration with founder Ruchira to collect stories, capture student journeys and create content that supports fundraising — amplifying the children's voices and helping secure the resources the school needs.

Mali's Home Childcare

May 2025

The situation
A dedicated childcare owner transformed her home into a warm, inspiring space with beautifully remodeled indoor and outdoor play areas.
What we did

The situation
A new practice launching from zero digital presence and needing to be found and trusted locally.

Haul Out Junk Removal

November 2025

The situation
Michele and Jerry's original site had overlapping text, spacing issues and limited mobile readability — friction at every step of a simple booking decision.
What we did
Redesigned the site to improve usability and customer engagement, cleaning up layout and mobile experience so a customer can understand the service and reach out without effort.
Healthcare

WrapHapeez

May 2025

The situation
Valerie created the first 'wrap' for her mother Nancy, whose rolling walker was a blow to her self-esteem as much as her mobility.
What we did
Helped bring a deeply personal product story online — presenting the origin, the dignity behind the design and the people it serves.

The situation
Jesus grew from laborer to foreman in the waterproofing industry and needed his expertise visible as he built his own business.

What clients say about working with Heartale.

Five-star reviews from Heartale Digital clients on Google.

★★★★★

Working with Val was one of the best decisions I made when starting Mini Peaches Home Daycare. From the very beginning, Val took the time to truly understand not just my business, but my philosophy as a childcare provider. Through thoughtful interviews and conversations, Val helped me articulate my approach to caring for children in a way I had never been able to put into words before. Val guided me through every important detail parents look for — daily routines, meals, naps, safety, and overall environment — making sure my website clearly communicated a sense of comfort and peace of mind. The content felt authentic to me, not generic. Val doesn't just build websites — Val helps you tell your story in a way that truly connects with your community.

Val from Heartale Digital is a fantastic knowledgeable and professional person who I highly recommend to anyone. She creates websites, makes and registers Google Business profiles, and designs business cards. Val really takes time to study and understand the nature of your business and she really pays attention to details and that's why your business gets the best outcome and results. My experience with Val was perfect and I'm very happy I chose Heartale Digital.

Val has been such a huge help in creating and updating our daycare business websites and social media pages. From the moment she stepped into our daycare, she showed genuine interest and took the time to really understand what makes our space unique. She captured beautiful photos and wrote thoughtful descriptions that perfectly reflect the heart of our daycare. Her vision for the website has been spot on, and she's incredibly skilled when it comes to marketing, SEO, and setting everything up to make it easy for families to find us and want to reach out. One thing I truly appreciate about Val is how reliable she is. She's always on time for every meeting, and you can tell how much she values our input. She listens carefully to what we want and makes sure the end result reflects our ideas. Not only is she hard-working and detail-oriented, but she also sends us detailed follow-ups after each meeting, so we always know exactly what's been done and what's coming next. That level of communication is so reassuring and has made the process so smooth. Honestly, we couldn't have found someone better to work with. Val has gone above and beyond for us in every way—she's knowledgeable, kind, professional, and always brings fresh ideas to the table. Her work has truly elevated our business, and we're so grateful for all she's done!
